What to expect
- A skin consultation to assess your concerns, skin type, and sensitivity, and to select the most appropriate peel for you.
- Your skin is cleansed and prepped before the peel solution is applied. You may feel a mild tingling or warming sensation.
- The peel is left on for a precise amount of time before being neutralised or removed. The entire treatment takes 30 to 45 minutes.
- Mild redness and tightness are normal immediately after. Depending on the depth of the peel, you may experience light flaking or peeling over the following three to seven days.
- Strict sun protection is essential after treatment. Avoid active skincare products for the period advised by your clinician.
- Results are visible as the skin heals and new, fresh skin is revealed. Brighter, smoother, more even-toned skin is typically seen within one to two weeks.
- A series of three to six peels spaced two to four weeks apart is recommended for cumulative improvement.
